An agent interaction is any single event that your Neura Apex agent handles autonomously, without human intervention. This includes a customer conversation resolved via chat, SMS, or voice; a reservation or appointment successfully booked; a legal document triaged or routed via Lexen; a FAQ answered and deflected from your support queue; a lead captured and pushed to your CRM; or a policy lookup completed through Giovian. Each distinct handled task counts as one interaction. Multi-turn conversations that resolve a single request count as one interaction, not one per message. You can review your interaction usage in real time from your analytics dashboard.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately, your new interaction capacity and features activate the same day, and you'll be billed the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you retain full access to your current plan until then. There are no penalties, no migration fees, and no data loss when switching tiers. If you're on Enterprise and want to explore changes to your contract structure, your account manager handles that directly.
Do you offer a free trial? +
Starter and Growth plans both include a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to begin. You'll have access to all features in your chosen tier, including live agent deployment, so you can evaluate real-world performance before committing. At the end of your trial, you choose whether to continue. If you don't add a payment method, your account simply pauses, nothing is charged. For Scale, we offer a structured pilot engagement to ensure proper configuration before full rollout. Enterprise prospects begin with a proof-of-concept engagement scoped with your account team.
What's included in onboarding? +
Growth and Scale plans include a 60-minute live onboarding call with a Neura Apex implementation specialist. During this session, we configure your agent's vertical profile, connect your preferred channels (web chat, SMS), set up your CRM integration, define escalation rules, and test a full interaction flow before go-live. You'll leave the call with a fully deployed, production-ready agent. For Scale customers, we also schedule a follow-up check-in at 30 days to review performance metrics and adjust configurations. Starter customers receive a guided self-setup documentation suite and email support throughout the setup process.
Can I add more interactions if I exceed my limit? +
Yes. If you're approaching your monthly interaction limit, you'll receive an automated alert at 80% and 95% usage so you're never caught off guard. At that point you can either upgrade to the next tier or purchase an interaction add-on pack at a flat rate. Overages are never silently charged, your agent will queue interactions for human handoff rather than generating unexpected fees. Add-on pricing is available in your account dashboard and varies by plan tier. If you find yourself consistently exceeding your limit, upgrading your plan is almost always the more cost-effective option, and your account team can help you evaluate the right fit.
